How long does setup actually take?
Most hosts have their first reservation flowing through Crossbill in under 30 minutes. Our 7-day setup plan (in the free guide above) walks you through one configuration item per day, so the whole system feels finished by the end of the first week.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day free trial is genuinely free — no card details, no surprise charge, no automatic conversion to a paid plan when the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
Your data stays exactly where it is. You can pick a paid plan whenever you're ready, or export your data and walk away. We don't lock anyone in.
Can I import bookings from Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Crossbill syncs with any iCal feed every 30 minutes, so reservations from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and any other channel show up automatically on your unified Gantt calendar.
Is the platform multi-language?
Yes — Crossbill ships in English, Slovenian, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Croatian. The dashboard, guest forms, vouchers and email templates can all be sent in your guest's preferred language.

Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?
All data is hosted in the EU on infrastructure that meets GDPR requirements. Guests can request data export or erasure with a single click, and the consent log is stored alongside their profile.
Can I use my own domain for the booking page?
Yes. Each business can connect a custom domain (e.g. book.yourbusiness.com) for the public booking widget and guest forms — Crossbill provisions the SSL certificate automatically.
Do you offer onboarding help?
The Setup Guide PDF and the in-app onboarding tour cover the typical first week. If you get stuck, you can reach support directly from the dashboard, and we usually respond within a few hours during business days.
I only use Airbnb — do I still need this?
If a single channel covers your whole operation and you're happy with their tools, you probably don't. Crossbill earns its keep when you're juggling more than one channel, more than one property, or guest communication outside the channel itself.
