What to put in your voucher

  • Property address with a one-tap map link
  • Step-by-step entry instructions, including any PIN codes
  • Two emergency contacts (yours + a local backup)
  • House rules in plain language (5 bullets, not 25)
  • Local recommendations (3 restaurants, 1 grocery store)
  • Departure procedure, with a clear final-checks list

Send the voucher as a PDF, not just an email body. Guests download it and read it offline at the door — exactly when they need it.
